How to “Grow” a Green Business Center

Sustainable construction in Russia is still in its formation stage. Projects, which are implemented only in compliance with the regular European standards are already being positioned as the sustainable building samples. At the same time, in the market there are also presented genuinely energy-efficient buildings, capable to save to their owners millions of rubles. Amongst them is the first energy-efficient intelligent building project in St. Petersburg – the multifunctional Business Center «Alpiysky», winner of the Hi-Tech Building Awards 2011 for “The best solution for the automation of commercial real estate.”

Business complex “Alpiysky” was built in the Alpiysky lane, 29, near the international airport “Pulkovo” and the main transport routes of the city. The uniqueness of this object -is in the use of modern energy saving engineering systems integrated with the automation system of the building, which makes the main difference between “Alpiisky” from the vast majority of business centers constructed in recent years.
